（4）具有建筑工程施工總承包三級及其以上資質；
（5）具有安全生產許可證（有效期內）；
（6）擬派項目負責人具有建筑工程專業二級及其以上注冊建造師執業資格，具備有效的安全生產考核合格證書，且未擔任其他在建的建設工程項目的項目負責人***

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(3) It must be a legal person or unincorporated organization established in accordance with the law in China (this project does not accept branches to participate in procurement activities in their own names); (4) Have the qualification of general contracting of construction projects at level 3 or above; (5) Have a safety production license (within the validity period); (6) The person in charge of the proposed project has the professional qualification of a registered construction engineer of level 2 or above in construction engineering, has a valid safety production assessment certificate, and has not served as the project leader of other construction projects under construction; (7) Performance requirements: none; (8) Other requirements: none.
