現(xiàn)擬對(duì)頤海食品（泰國）有限公司食品工廠一期項(xiàng)目污水處理項(xiàng)目總承包進(jìn)行公開招募，有關(guān)事項(xiàng)公告如下：

It is now planned to conduct a public bidding for the general contracting of the wastewater treatment in Food Factory Phase I of Yihai Food (Thailand) Co., Ltd. The related issues are announced as follows:

一、 招標(biāo)項(xiàng)目概況：

I. Overview on Bidding Project:

1.項(xiàng)目名稱：頤海食品（泰國）有限公司食品工廠一期后段包裝自動(dòng)線.

1. Project Name: Automatic packaging line of back section in Food Factory Phase I of Yihai Food (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

2.項(xiàng)目承包范圍：8條（套）自動(dòng)線設(shè)備供貨，供貨范圍如下：

Equipment supplied by Party B:      1） 內(nèi)袋輸運(yùn)，成品輸運(yùn)，紙箱輸運(yùn)，托盒投/擺放設(shè)備，檢重秤，內(nèi)袋拾撿碼放，外觀檢測(cè)，開箱機(jī)，開圍卡設(shè)備，機(jī)器人裝箱設(shè)備，整箱稱重剔除，外箱日期重量和二維碼噴碼，封箱機(jī)，日期和二維碼檢測(cè)，成品輸送/分道，碼垛，托盤分配設(shè)備，包材輸運(yùn)，人流爬梯，工程師站/操作員站，防護(hù)欄及產(chǎn)線附屬等設(shè)備。

      Inner bag transportation, finished product transportation, carton transportation, box loading / placing equipment, weight inspection scale, inner bag picking and stacking, appearance inspection, unpacking machine, opening card equipment, robot packing equipment, whole box weighing and elimination, outer box date weight and two-dimensional code spraying, sealing machine, date and two-dimensional code detection, finished product transportation / Lane dividing, palletizing, pallet distribution equipment, packaging material transportation, Pedestrian ladder, engineer station / operator station, protective fence and auxiliary equipment of production line.

      2）后道包裝車間集控系統(tǒng)、防串貨和追溯系統(tǒng)。

After the packaging workshop centralized control system, anti string and traceability system.      3）后道包裝車間自動(dòng)化產(chǎn)線細(xì)化/優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)，人流/物流合理規(guī)劃，產(chǎn)線速度/節(jié)奏優(yōu)化，包裝車間設(shè)備及信息整合。

After the packaging workshop automation production line refinement / optimization design, flow / logistics reasonable planning, production line speed / rhythm optimization, packaging workshop equipment and information integration.      4） 到貨設(shè)備（含甲供設(shè)備）接貨，卸車，廠內(nèi)運(yùn)輸，車間定位，安裝，調(diào)試（協(xié)助調(diào)試）。

Receiving, unloading, in plant transportation, workshop positioning, installation and commissioning (assisting in commissioning) of arrived equipment (including equipment supplied by Party A).甲供設(shè)備：灌裝機(jī)，X光機(jī)，單包檢重稱，枕包機(jī)，冷風(fēng)隧道，投包機(jī)等。

Equipment supplied by Party A: filling machine, X-ray machine, single bag weighing machine, pillow bag machine, cold air tunnel, bag machine, etc.   3.工期要求：合同簽訂后根據(jù)招標(biāo)方安排120個(gè)日歷天施工完成；

二、報(bào)名資格：

II. Registration qualification

1.基本要求：具有獨(dú)立承擔(dān)民事責(zé)任的能力，具有良好的商業(yè)信譽(yù)和健全的財(cái)務(wù)會(huì)計(jì)制度;

1. Basic requirements: have the ability to bear civil liability independently, have good business reputation and sound financial accounting system;

2.注冊(cè)資金：獨(dú)立的法人資格，注冊(cè)資金要求不低于3000萬人民幣；

2. Registered capital: an independent legal person with a registered capital of no less than 20 million RMB;

3.施工業(yè)績：具備3年及以上食品行業(yè)后段包裝自動(dòng)線設(shè)備生產(chǎn)制造經(jīng)驗(yàn)，參加本次招標(biāo)活動(dòng)前三年內(nèi)在經(jīng)營活動(dòng)中沒有重大違法記錄（海外案例優(yōu)先）；

3. Construction performance:At least 3 years' experience in the production and manufacturing of automatic packaging line in the food industry, and no major illegal record in the business activities in the first three years before participating in this bidding activity (overseas cases are preferred)；

4.售后服務(wù)：具有履行項(xiàng)目所必須的完善的售后服務(wù)體系，有良好的商業(yè)信譽(yù)和較強(qiáng)的經(jīng)營實(shí)力及健全的財(cái)務(wù)會(huì)計(jì)制度；

4. After sales service: it has perfect after-sales service system, good business reputation, strong business strength and sound financial accounting system;

5.有依法繳納稅收和社會(huì)保障的良好記錄；

5. Have a good record of paying taxes and social security according to law;

6.具備3年及以上運(yùn)營經(jīng)驗(yàn)，參加本次招標(biāo)活動(dòng)前三年內(nèi)，在經(jīng)營活動(dòng)中沒有違法記錄；

6. Have more than 3 years of operation experience, and have no illegal records in business activities in the three years before participating in this bidding activity;

7.本項(xiàng)目不接受聯(lián)合體投標(biāo)；

8.投標(biāo)方不得有以下情形：

1)處于停業(yè)狀態(tài)；

1) In a state of suspension;

2)被暫時(shí)取消投標(biāo)資格或禁止從事投標(biāo)活動(dòng)；

2) Being disqualified from bidding or prohibited from bidding activities;

3)其公司或財(cái)產(chǎn)被接管或凍結(jié)；

3) Its company or property is taken over or frozen;

4)嚴(yán)重違反合同約定，或出現(xiàn)質(zhì)量、服務(wù)不符合約定等方面的問題(針對(duì)現(xiàn)有合作以及合作過的供應(yīng)商)；

4) Serious breach of the contract, or quality, service does not comply with the agreement and other issues (for existing cooperation and cooperation suppliers);

5)違反我司供應(yīng)商承諾內(nèi)容(針對(duì)現(xiàn)有合作以及合作過的供應(yīng)商)；

5) Violation of our supplier commitment (for the existing cooperation and cooperation with the supplier); and;

6)其他不適合承攬本項(xiàng)目的情形;

4、稅務(wù)局官網(wǎng)中查詢的納稅人資格截圖，建筑市場(chǎng)監(jiān)管公共服務(wù)平臺(tái)投標(biāo)人的誠信信息中企業(yè)黑名單的截圖，信用中國網(wǎng)站的失信被執(zhí)行人、企業(yè)經(jīng)營異常名單、重大稅收違法案件當(dāng)事人名單的截圖和政府采購網(wǎng)上政府采購嚴(yán)重違法失信行為記錄名單的截圖;

4. The screenshots of the taxpayer qualification inquired on the official website of the tax bureau, the blacklist of enterprises in the integrity information of the bidders of the public service platform for construction market supervision, the list of dishonest persons to be executed, the list of abnormal business operations of enterprises, the list of parties involved in major tax violations and the list of records of serious dishonest behaviors in government procurement on the government procurement website;

5、近三年財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)表（含利潤表、資產(chǎn)負(fù)債表、現(xiàn)金流量表）;

5. Financial statements in recent three years (including income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement);

6、辦公場(chǎng)所證明（含加蓋公章的租賃合同或自有房產(chǎn)證明復(fù)印件）;

7、近五年類似工程業(yè)績表：3個(gè)施工合同復(fù)印件(單個(gè)合同金額不低于500萬);

7. Performance table of similar projects in recent five years: copies of three construction contracts (the amount of a single contract is not less than 5 million yuan);
